We have longstanding policies concerning the promotion of our employees' health. Our initiatives in this direction have recently garnered praise, and we have been named an "Outstanding Health and Productivity Management Corporation 2022" for tackling the issue of employee healthcare from a business perspective.

　Our current healthcare initiatives are diverse, including reducing long working hours and establishing a help desk where employees can receive consultations about mental health issues.

　We also put effort into initiatives to promote our employees' health, such as providing nutritionally balanced low-calorie lunches and holding athletic meets, as well as supporting returning employees by making arrangements for the sick or injured in areas including commuting environment and job details.
