In study sessions, we learn knowledge we can use in actual work, from business skills to basic IT knowledge and even obtaining qualifications. Employees well versed in the latest technologies, such as AWS, act as instructors, offering a wealth of opportunities to share their know-how.

We financially reward employees who obtain network-related and other qualifications, in addition to providing employees with a qualifications allowance in addition to their monthly salaries. Support systems are in place to help employees achieve pay raises to match the skills they acquire while minimizing the burden on the individual employee, including programs in which the company covers fees for textbooks, examinations and online study tools.

We interview them individually based on analysis sheets of their special qualities, strengths and weaknesses. We believe that developing our employees' strengths helps to boost their other skills as well, allowing them to perform even better than before and offer an even higher quality of service to our customers.

Study platform utilizing AI

Introducing MAME-TORE, a study-support web service that uses AI to help employees learn on-site knowhow. In this program, employees can enjoy learning basic business manners, such as proper greetings, as well as practical business knowledge through watching videos in which senior employees talk about their experiences of failure and then answering problems prepared by AI based on those videos.

A personnel system in which learning and achievements are fairly evaluated

Employees are assigned points biannually based on evaluation criteria and achievements. The more proactive an employee is in learning and engaging with work, the higher their assessment will be. These evaluations are reflected in pay raises, ensuring that individual efforts and abilities are fairly rewarded. We also assign our employees to their individual areas of expertise to enable them to demonstrate the best of their abilities.
