CS COMMUNICATION

What kind of work does CS Communication do?

CS Communication primarily develops businesses related to all aspects of network infrastructure.
Smartphones, computers, tablets, cash registers in stores and other convenient systems around us operate normally and properly thanks to network infrastructure.
Maintaining that IT infrastructure and delivering correct information is vital to our daily lives. That is the mission of all the engineers who work at our company.

The average person, however, isn't very familiar with network infrastructure in general. Very few people could actually give a quick, concise answer to the question, "What kind of job is network infrastructure?"
That's why we're going to give this simple explanation of our work with network infrastructure.

Network solutions | properly linking whole systems together

The work of network solutions is to link the entire system together. It involves everything from designing and building corporate networks to their operation and maintenance.
The mission of network solutions is to resolve issues like, "I can't open the app," "I can't connect to the Internet," etc.

For example, when the network of a company managing an online shop experiences issues, the website is shut down until recovery, causing a possible loss in sales. For some companies, sales may not be the only loss.
When the networks of medical businesses that save lives or transportation businesses that move people experience issues ... in the worst case, something more valuable than money might be lost.

In other words, work in network solutions involves great responsibility and great value.

Customer solutions | preparing devices for immediate use

Jobs that don't require the use of devices (computers, tablets, smartphones and other information terminals) are now rarer than those that do.
The primary role of work in customer solutions is to prepare devices for immediate use.
All of you must have purchased a new smartphone or computer at some point.

But you weren't able to use it for everything you wanted to right out of the box, were you?
Before you can do everything you want to with it, you need to take time to boot it up, perform the initial setup and install your favorite apps like LINE, Twitter and Instagram.

This is just as true with devices that a company supplies to its employees. Because some employees won't be accustomed to the devices, the devices must be prepared for use in advance. Otherwise, business will grind to a halt while the employees learn to set up the devices, causing opportunity loss.
Errors or oversights may also occur when employees perform initial setup themselves. This can lead to "security accidents" such as information leaks.

So, it is the work of customer solutions to prepare devices for immediate use on behalf of the employees.

Service alliance | maintenance to combat malfunctions and breakdowns

Issues can occur even in networks constructed by highly-competent network engineers.
That's because the equipment and cables that make up a network will eventually deteriorate and break.

There might also be a bug in a newly introduced system, putting a heavy load on the network.
When an issue occurs in the network or equipment, measures must be taken to find the cause, resolve the issue, and prevent the same issue from recurring.

That is the role of the service alliance.
It is also responsible for carrying out periodical inspections and preventing issues before they occur.
